Our Inspiration
The inspiration behind Jen Zen Sound Healing came from Dr. Jenni's own core belief that when people are struggling, they need a like-minded, healing community. Dr. Jenni has widened her private practice to include Women's Turn support groups because she believes that nobody should suffer alone. Jen Zen Sound Healing is yet another way to bring beautiful souls together for a group healing experience!

In 1995 Dr. Jenni Silberstein founded the Center for Creative Psychology, recognizing a cultural need for more clinicians to take an innovative and creative approach to psychology. Combining psychodynamic practices, dream interpretation, depth psychology, mindfulness and art & play therapy (for kids & teens,) her innovative and personalized approach have re-established essential connections for hundreds of clients, transforming their difficulties into opportunities for healing and growth. Forming a safe, therapeutic relationship with her clients, Dr. Jenni assists, children, teenagers and adults in gaining insight and awareness, renewing their sense of purpose & clarity and inspiring them to live to their fullest potential.Dr. Jenni’s television appearances include appearing as a relationship expert on a national network talk show and as a regular psychotherapist on a television series. Her educational and clinical experience is extensive. For almost 30 years she has been assisting individuals in overcoming dysfunctional behaviors which have kept their lives from reaching full potential.

"Hey y’all, I'm Corbin, a sound healer dedicated to guiding you on a journey of self-discovery and healing. My spiritual awakening began in Yuma, Arizona, while serving in the United States Navy; that awakening showed me there is so much more to the spirit that religion had hidden.
Over the past four years, I have immersed myself in the practice of sound healing, journeying from Yuma to Los Angeles and Orange County. Now, I'm here to share these benefits with you and perhaps spark your awakening or further your journey.

Guest Facilitator Terry Silberstein
Terry is a Certified Meditation Teacher, Breathwork Coach, and Sound Healing Practitioner with a passion for helping others heal and grow to their fullest potential.
Her training includes six different Sound Healing Practitioner Certifications, a Breathwork Training Certification, a 200-hour Meditation Training, a 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, a Women’s Circle Facilitator Certification as well as a Biofield Tuning Practitioner Certification. Most recently Terry has completed an Associate of Occupational Studies in Sound Healing and Therapy through the Global Institute of Sound in San Francisco and is finishing her certification as a Heart Math Instructor.
Terry knows first-hand the challenges and frustrations of those seeking deep emotional healing, because she herself was faced with overcoming trauma and PTSD at a young age. Her self-healing journey has been extensive, and she has used different healing modalities including Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, Energy Work, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy, and the wonderful 12 step program work to overcome an eating disorder that plagued her through high school and college.
She has personally found that the combination of Breathwork, Sound Healing, Meditation and Yoga have been the most powerful and effective tools for her own inner transformation. Terry wants her students to know that self-development, understanding and healing is an ongoing journey that unfolds slowly over our lifetime as we learn to love, forgive and accept ourselves.
